Late last year, I was assigned by Propaganda Studio to shoot the lifestyle advertising campaign for Rio Tinto in China. The goal of the campaign was to showcase the final usage of the Mining Giant materials in cities in Asia. In late august, I had the chance to travel on a commercial assignment in Costa Rica to document the fruit shipping industry. While I have spent a big part of my time on banana plantation and shipping ports, I also had a few moments to relax. I have explored the region of Limon and especially some small beaches in the Cahuita District , down south , near the Panama border. There i met mainly families from Caribbean ascent who were relaxing and enjoying the warm waters. Here a few photos from those moments

This month issue of the Silk Road magazines feature a story about up & coming fashion designer in China that I have shot . Behind the Scene | Shanghai Fashion Shoot
Last week, I was producing a photoshoot for my agency Propaganda Studio in Shanghai with one of our photographer (Victor Marvillet ) . The client asked us to document the process and I snap a few photos & videos during the photo shoot. It ended up looking nice and completely different than the actual result of the commercial shoot. Northern Lights in Norway
As I was traveling in the Lofoten islands in Norway to work on a story about Arctic Surfers, I was often on the road , driving from one surfing spot to the other and back to the beautiful fishing village of Sorvagen. Every night, I could see the beautiful Northern Lights ( Aurora Borealis ) appearing on the sky above me. It was not part of my project but i could not resist the temptation of stopping the car and capturing those fascinating ray of green colours traveling through the beautiful star filled sky.

Lotte Tower | Architecture Photography
The Lotte Tower is the second tallest building in East Asia and by far the tallest skyscraper in South Korea. Designed by KPF architects, it will be completed in a few month and will become part of the landscape of the South Korean capital Seoul. Here are a few images.

Wolmido vintage park | South Korea Photographer
Between assignments, I am spending some good and deserved rest time in my new home in Seoul / South Korea. But i can't help myself to pick up the camera and shoot what attracts my eyes. Recently I discovered this really vintage amusement park on a small island in Incheon, a one hour ride away from the capital city by subway.

First Light - Fishing in the Celtic Sea | Documentary Photographer
While back in Brittany for the summer ( western part of France where my family is from ), I traveled to a small village of fisherman in the remote part of the region to start a new photography project. While the main project just started, I also did a mini series while going fishing with some local fisherman in the Celtic Sea.
We left around 2.30 am to reach the the trawling point at sunrise around 5.30 to 6 am. The boat is trawling his net at the bottom of the ocean three to five times per fishing sessions. The main catch is Langoustine but about 20 to 30 % of the revenue is still made with other fishes , squids, crabs and other kinds of ocean creature that get caught in the net. 15 to 17 hours are spent on the sea every day on the weak and the work can be dangerous especially in big waves when the boat is rocked in every direction. Accidents can happen quickly

In the past few weeks I was commissioned through Actu Asia & Propaganda Studio to document & Photograph the Louis Vuitton Series 2 in Beijing China & Seoul, South Korea. It was a really good experience working in those great cities on the same project. Chongqing Project feature in 6 mois & Visa Festival

Kerry Center Shanghai Architecture Photography
This month, I was assigned by KPF ( Kohn Pedersen Fox ) to photograph the finished project of the new Kerry Center + Shangri La in downtown Shanghai. The project is an interesting addition of cubes and grids. It was quite interesting to photograph.
